The Project Center for Stem Cell Process Engineering has both a pool of established stem cell cultivation and differentiation protocols as well as a broad platform of tests and analytical methods. The project center develops and offers customer-specific applications with tailor-made materials and cells, including:

  • Cytotoxicity assays
  • Compatibility tests for materials
  • FACS and qPCR analysis for stem cell cultivation and cells differentiated from hiPSC
  • Establishment of gold standards for industry
  • Creation of standardized processes for materials and stem cell processes (partly in bioreactors)
